Ordering and shipping

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. We often ship sooner, including the same or next business day when possible, but 1–3 business days is our standard processing window. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the parcel.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Canada and to the United States. Available shipping rates for your destination appear at checkout.

How much is shipping in Canada?

Standard Canadian shipping is $12 CAD for orders under $75 CAD. Standard shipping is free on Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more. Express shipping is available for $20 CAD where offered at checkout.

How much is shipping to the United States?

U.S. standard shipping is based on the Canadian-dollar value of the order and displayed in USD at checkout. Orders under $50 CAD are charged the equivalent of $14.90 CAD; orders from $50 CAD through $124.99 CAD are charged the equivalent of $19.90 CAD; and standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $125 CAD or more. The exact USD amount can vary with currency conversion. Express U.S. shipping is not currently offered.

Will U.S. customers have to pay duties or import fees?

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, U.S. customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees and carrier handling charges. Your carrier may contact you for payment before delivery. Free shipping covers transportation only and does not include import-related charges. We ship from Canada. Read our Shipping Policy for details.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is provided when it is included with the shipping service selected at checkout.

Returns and help

What is the return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Refund & Return Policy for conditions and exclusions.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact info@wandandwhimsy.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Products and experiences

Are all products handmade?

No. Our shop includes a mix of handmade goods, carefully selected fantasy and magical merchandise, natural stones, and officially licensed products. Each product page describes the item.

What happens when an item is sold out?

Some popular items are restocked. Sold-out listings may remain visible while a restock is on the way.

Can I shop in person?

Yes. We attend fairs, festivals, markets, and fantasy events throughout Ontario. Check Find Us In Person for confirmed upcoming dates.
