Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We often ship sooner when possible. During markets, holidays, or unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping within Canada

Standard shipping is $12 CAD for orders under $75 CAD.

FREE standard shipping is available on Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more.

Express shipping is available for $20 CAD where offered at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery time is separate from our 1–3 business-day processing time. Available shipping services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after your parcel has shipped and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is included with your selected shipping service, you’ll receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact info@wandandwhimsy.ca as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.

International orders

We ship to selected international destinations available at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country.

International shipments may experience customs or carrier delays outside our control.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your package arrives damaged, contact info@wandandwhimsy.ca with your order number. For damaged shipments, please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
