This website is operated by Wand and Whimsy, a family-run Canadian business based in Mississauga, Ontario. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wand and Whimsy.

By visiting our website, purchasing from us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund policies.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, and natural or handmade items—including wood, crystals, stones, and handcrafted products—may have individual variations.

Product availability, descriptions, pricing, promotions, and quantities may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.

Licensed and original products

Wand and Whimsy sells a mixture of handmade goods, curated fantasy merchandise, natural products, and officially licensed merchandise.

Products described as officially licensed are identified as such where applicable. Wand and Whimsy’s own products, experiences, handmade items, and decorative wands are not represented as being officially affiliated with third-party franchises or trademark owners unless specifically stated.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, or incorrect product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Shipping

Order processing, shipping charges, delivery estimates, international shipments, and carrier-related information are covered by our published Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Unless otherwise stated, Wand and Whimsy branding, original photographs, written content, graphics, and original designs on this website may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
